This section is intended for the reporting of failures, malfunctions, defects or other occurrences that have resulted in, or may result in, an unsafe condition, or that may otherwise adversely affect the continuing airworthiness of the product, part or appliance.

The information provided will be reviewed as part of the Occurrence Reporting process and used for technical assessment, trend monitoring, and, where necessary, the identification and implementation of appropriate corrective actions

How to Submit an Occurrence Report

To submit an occurrence report:

• Download and complete the Occurrence Reporting Form.
• Send the completed form to: technicalassistance.civil@leonardo.com.
• Attach any supporting documentation, where available (such as photographs, technical reports, maintenance records, flight reports, or any other relevant evidence).
